By creating an account or using PostyBee, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
PostyBee is an AI-powered listing generation tool that helps sellers create eBay listings from photos. PostyBee is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to eBay Inc.
3. AI-Generated Content
PostyBee uses artificial intelligence to generate listing titles, descriptions, pricing suggestions, item specifics, and category selections based on your photos and notes. You acknowledge and agree that:
- AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions
- You are solely responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing
- PostyBee is not liable for listing errors, buyer disputes, removed listings, policy violations, or any losses arising from AI-generated content
- Pricing suggestions are estimates only and do not constitute financial advice
4. Your eBay Account
- You are responsible for ensuring all listings comply with eBay's policies
- PostyBee accesses your eBay account only to post listings on your behalf
- We do not store your eBay password — access is granted via secure OAuth tokens
- You may disconnect your eBay account at any time from your PostyBee settings
5. Subscription and Billing
- Free accounts receive 5 AI-generated listings per month
- Pro accounts at $12.99/month receive unlimited listings
- Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically
- You may cancel at any time from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds are issued for partial months
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe — PostyBee never stores your payment information
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use PostyBee to:
- List counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited items
- Violate eBay's terms of service or any applicable laws
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the PostyBee platform
- Share your account with others
7. Intellectual Property
- Listings generated by PostyBee using your photos belong to you
- The PostyBee name, logo, and platform are owned by PostyBee and may not be used without permission
8. Limitation of Liability
PostyBee is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostyBee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, lost sales, or eBay account suspensions.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of PostyBee after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
